Frequently Asked Questions

We want you to feel informed, comfortable and confident before your appointment. Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting the clinic directly. A 20% booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.

Is my booking fee refundable?

Booking fees are non-refundable. They secure your allocated appointment time and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment where applicable.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee, and a new booking fee may be required to secure another appointment.

What happens if I cancel or don’t attend?

Cancellations made outside the required notice period and missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the loss of your booking fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment for future bookings.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and the professional time, products and consumables involved, completed treatments are non-refundable. Aesthetic results can vary between individuals, and a particular outcome cannot be guaranteed. If you have concerns following treatment, please contact the clinic so we can assess you and provide appropriate advice or arrange a review where clinically indicated. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes, where clinically appropriate or required. Your practitioner will discuss your concerns, medical history, suitability, treatment options, potential risks and expected outcomes. A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be carried out. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we believe it is not appropriate or safe for you.

Are aesthetic treatments suitable for everyone?

No. Certain medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding or other circumstances may mean a treatment is unsuitable or needs to be postponed. Please provide complete and accurate medical information during your consultation.

Do you treat clients under 18?

We do not provide injectable cosmetic treatments to anyone under the age of 18. Age restrictions may also apply to other treatments depending on the procedure and clinical assessment. Proof of age may be requested.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please follow any pre-treatment instructions provided by the clinic. Attend with clean skin where possible and tell your practitioner about any changes to your health, medications or medical history. If you are unwell, have an active infection, cold sore, skin irritation or another condition affecting the treatment area, please contact us before attending.

Will my treatment hurt?

Comfort levels vary depending on the treatment and individual. Some treatments may cause temporary discomfort. Where appropriate, your practitioner will discuss options to help make your treatment as comfortable as possible.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment times vary depending on the treatment. Your booking confirmation will provide an estimated appointment duration. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the time available for your appointment or mean the appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Can I bring children or guests?

For health, safety and privacy reasons, we ask clients to attend appointments alone where possible. Please contact the clinic in if you need to bring someone with you.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Every client is different and results vary depending on the treatment, individual anatomy, skin, lifestyle and other factors. Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations with you during your consultation.

What should I do after treatment?

Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your practi
